The price of each service plan is displayed on the purchase page prior to checkout.
All prices are shown exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for:
Applicable taxes (including Japanese consumption tax, VAT, GST, or similar taxes) may be added at checkout depending on the customer's billing location.
Payment methods provided by Dodo Payments, including but not limited to:
Subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period.
For recurring subscriptions, payments are automatically processed at the beginning of each renewal period.
For paid plans, the Service becomes available immediately after payment is successfully completed.
The trial plan is provided free of charge and becomes available immediately upon registering for a trial plan, without requiring payment.
Subscription cancellations can be made at any time via the account settings page. After cancellation, access to the Service remains available until the end of the current billing period. No prorated or partial refunds are provided for cancellations made during an active billing period, except where required by law.
Due to the digital nature of the Service, refunds are generally not available.
Exceptions apply only when:
