Ur English Tutor provides the Service to users under a separate service arrangement with Dodo Payments.
Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the selected plan (e.g., monthly).
Plan upgrades (e.g., Standard to Premium) take effect immediately with usage reset. You are charged only the prorated difference for the remaining billing period. No refunds are provided for downgrades.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings. After cancellation, you will retain full access to all features until your current billing period ends. To resubscribe after that, you can purchase a new plan anytime from the Plan Change page.
By deleting your account:
Re-registering for trial plans, or downgrading from a paid plan to a trial plan, is not permitted.
Plan upgrades are charged on a prorated basis (you pay only the difference for the remaining billing period).
Plan downgrades do not qualify for refunds. Your current plan remains active until the billing period ends.
